We get on the roof and in the attic if needed, check the shingles, flashing, vents, decking and gutters, and photograph everything we find.

Clear estimate
You get photos and a written, line-by-line price. If a repair will do the job, we say so. No pressure, no gimmicks.

Scheduling & prep
We order materials, set a date around the weather, and protect your landscaping, driveway and AC units before work starts.

The work
Tear-off, decking repairs, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and new roofing installed to manufacturer specs.

Cleanup & walkthrough
Debris hauled off, magnetic sweep for nails, and a final walkthrough with you so you can see the finished roof.
